Ingredients for making Motichoor Ladoo

One cup gram flour, water, ghee, sugar, kewra water, chopped almonds and yellow color.

To make Motichoor Laddu, first filter the gram flour and mix half a teaspoon of ghee and yellow color in it. 

After this, make a thin batter of gram flour by adding water.

Take a pan, heat ghee in it. 

After this, mix a spoonful of gram flour and put it in the pan. 

The ladle will filter and fall in the pan. Fry the boondi till it turns golden. 

Now take out the boondi from the pan.

Now to make sugar syrup, make a thick paste by mixing water and sugar in a pan. 

Heat the sugar and water until the syrup becomes thick. 

After that add few drops of lemon in it. 

By doing this the sugar will not settle on the laddus.

Add boondi to the hot syrup and mix well. 

Keep it covered for half an hour. After this, mix the boondi and give the shape of laddu. 

Add pistachios to the laddus.

• First of all, you take a non-stick pan and put milk and milk powder in it.

• Keep stirring to mix it well and let it boil for about 5-7 minutes.

• Now put the soaked cashew nuts in a blender jar with some water and make a fine paste.

• When the milk powder starts thickening, add cashew paste and powdered sugar and mix it well.
