Ingredients for Coconut Gulab Ladoo
• 1 1/2 cups dry coconut
• 1 tbsp rose syrup
• 2 tsp ghee
• 1 handful roasted peanuts
• 1/2 cup condensed milk
• 2 tbsp rose water
• 1/2 cup crushed mixed dry fruits
• 1 handful almonds
How to make Coconut Gulab Laddu
• To make Coconut Rose Ladoo, first heat a pan and add 1 tsp ghee to it.
• When the ghee becomes slightly hot, then fry the dry fruits in it and then take it out in a plate and keep it aside.
• Now put 1 tsp ghee in the same pan and add dry coconut. During this, keep stirring it continuously.
• When the coconut is cooked, add rose syrup and rose water along with condensed milk and mix them all together.
• Keep cooking it while stirring continuously.
• When the laddu mixture is cooked well, then add roasted dry fruits and mix it.
• Now, let the mixture cool down.
• After this, make small laddus out of it.
Note-
Make sure that the mixture is neither too hot nor too cold. Hot mixture may damage your hands, whereas very cold mixture will not make laddoos well and will keep falling apart again and again.
