They’re just as tasty as Snickers, But their texture is more creamy. 

You can easily make these bars at your home and store them in the fridge. 

The best part about these Homemade Snicker Bars is that they are prepared using dates instead of processed sugar. 

Due to which they are more healthy.

Ingredients for homemade sneaker bars

10 servings

• 1 1/4 cups dates

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 cup ground oats

• 175 g melted dark chocolate

• 2 Tbsp peanut butter

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1/3 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Step 1 Prepare the Caramel

To make Snicker Bars, first put dates in a bowl and then add boiling water to it. 

Leave it for 15-20 minutes. 

Now, in a grinder or food processor, add the hot dates. 

However, drain the water before pouring it. 

Now add peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt to it. 

Blend it to make a thick and smooth caramel.

Step 2 Prepare the Base Layer

Now take out the caramel in a bowl. 

Next, combine oats and 1/3 of the caramel in a food processor. Blitz to make a thick and smooth dough.

Step 3 Start layering the loaf tin

Take a 9’5 inch loaf tin and line it with baking paper. 

After this, first spread the oats mixture on it. Press it lightly and then pour the remaining caramel over it. 

Now spread it evenly. 

Lastly, add chopped peanuts over the mixture. Freeze it for at least 2-3 hours.

Step 4 Now Dip the Ready Bars in Chocolate

Once frozen, cut the finished base into 10 slices (bars). 

Now pour the melted chocolate in a bowl and dip these bars in the chocolate. 

Transfer them to parchment paper and let them freeze for about half an hour.

Step 5 Your Homemade Snicker Bars Are Ready

After about 30 minutes, remove the Snicker bars from the parchment paper. 

Your Homemade Snickers Bar is ready. Now enjoy it.
